Female with Male harem/multiple heroes--triad
 
Liberty is torn when her younger sister, Lisa decides to apply for transport to an Andromedan colony as a mail order bride and begins to pester her to apply, as well.  She doesn't want to leave Earth for the uncertainty of colony life--particularly as the bride of an alien.  But Lisa is the only family she has and she can't bear to be left behind.
 
The triad that has chosen her won't take no for an answer in any case.  She's going and they plan to woo her and win her long before they reach Elios.  She can run--it's a big ship--but there are only so many places to hide.
 
Stop and let them cature her?  Or keep on running when they've convinced her she doesn't actually want to get away?
