Raised as a slave to service the warrior women of Barbron, death and or dismemberment is the punishment for disobeying any order given to them by their mistress.  And yet, as horrible as that is, the thought of being abandoned forever on the moon of the barbarian world, Earth, is far worse to his notion.  He resolves to try to rescue his mistress, but the world where he finds himself is totally beyond his knowledge or experience.
 
Adrianne instantly sees the device Yar is carrying as her ticket to wealth and offers to help him find and free his mistress for the prize she covets.
